Cooking in a small Glasgow kitchen with a view of the motorway, eating out and about, cycling invective, obsession with pastry items of the world, attempts to learn French. When most other bits of life are a constant, turbulent shambles I find great satisfaction in making tortilla espanola exactly the same way I have for the past 10 years. Absolutely open to excitement and change, except regarding tortilla.
